Ski Club Caravan Calendar

Departures:

Departure to and from is in accordance with the departure schedule on the Club Calendar below.  If you look up the caravan calendar, and no "Caravan Leader" is designated, you can particiapte in the caravan as the leader (or if you don't have access to the internet, contact Karen Crowley, (406) 539-0347, and she will update the calendar. Please see "Responsibilities of Caravan Leader" below.

Responsibilities of the Caravan Leader:

• Pick up/ return/ deliver the Club binder, gate opener & beacon strobe. The caravan leader for the day must deliver the Club binder, gate opener & beacon strobe to the next day's caravan leader. If no caravan leader is signed up for the next day, drop off the binder, gate opener & beacon strobe with Ross Lingle (406) 570-1088.
• Operate the beacon strobe at the front of the vehicle caravan.
• Take Member roll call, including minors riding with designated adults, collect guest passes, check for lift tickets. If a passenger does not have a guest pass and a lift ticket, they are not allowed to participate.
• Take Member roll call at afternoon/evening departure.
