Membership Applications must be mailed to :

Madison Valley Ski Club
P.O. Box 1608
Ennis, MT 59729

And contain the following:

1. Completed MVSC Membership Application & fee payment.
2. Completed Conditional Road Use Agreement for Big Sky Roadway/Jack Creek Road.
3. Completed Moonlight Basin Season Pass Application & fee payment. A season pass picture will need to be taken at a Ski Club meeting or at the Season Pass office located at the Madison Base Area at Moonlight Basin.

Please note - If your children participate in the M Bar T program, their application will be processed at the Ennis School.
